取这个标题实属哗众取宠,目的简单,希望多点朋友留意到文章。这个年头,还哪有酒香不怕巷子深,不炒作一下谁知道?除非你是她,梅艳芳! The purpose of using this title for this article is simple, just want more people to read it. Nowadays, if no stories who would know it? Unless you are Anita Mui!
Two weeks ago, a Hong Kong friend invited me to attend Anita Mui's
concert, but I turned him down politely. But soon I saw on TV parts
of Leslie Cheung's concert. I thought carefully, and decided I
should not miss Anita Mui's concert. On 11/6, I traveled alone to
HK. The present trend of HK market is like this: when record companies hold
concerts for their singers, promotion will be the same as for the
album. If no profit then just take it as investment. Such as
recent concerts of Anthony Wong, Joey, and the coming concert of Faye
Wong. If it is purely a music gathering and also guarantee for box
office, I'm afraid Rolling Stones for the Harbour Fest would be the only
one. No, maybe there is another one, Anita Mui! Look at the
title of her concert [Anita Classic Moment Live], we would know she would
only sing classic songs, not new songs.
![]() 排队买票时,后面跟着一个靓女。 When queued for tickets, a pretty girl was behind me. The guy at ticketing office looked at his computer, and then said
firmly: [Tickets already sold out long time ago.] [Can you look carefully?] [Sold out long time ago.]
The girl behind me said: [Let me buy first, 2 tickets for tomorrow
night, Rolling Stones......." When I was just about to leave in disappointment : [This gentleman,
there is a last single ticket. I thought you two came together....] This became my" last chance "to Anita Mui! That night, I guess most people came to the concert with the intention
of " the last chance". I don't mean people are not
merciful, but all would like to see how a star struggles with difficulty,
including myself. There was no new songs, but full of songs of old
memory. However, unexpectedly they didn't bring too much
echo. My past experience tells me, whenever there are classic songs,
there will be great complete reaction. During any concert,
when the music is just started, clapping will tell everything. But
that night, applause seemed to be belated. Even every song was so
well known, it seemed audience's hearing was not that alert. I
believe everyone was just like myself, focus was on Anita Mui, and was
asking oneself: [Mui Zai, can you do it?] Whether Anita Mui could
sing as good as before, nobody really cared. This is the concert for
"seeing " only. 这让我想起孩提时候在电影《搭错车》里的一句对白:“The Show Must Go On!”这个show,真的很好看! What else could be seen? That night, the stage was beautiful, the
costumes of Anita Mui were beautiful, the layout of seating for the
Shanghai Symphony Orchestra was good, the cast of guest singers was
good. In order to make life easier for Anita Mui, lots of guest
singers were invited. Basically Anita Mui performed 3 songs, and the
guest singers 2 songs. Such kind of arrangement made people mistake
it as a fund raising event or an award presentation ceremony. But I
myself felt that it was meaningful to have those guest singers, they were
just like Anita Mui's co-workers, friends. When Ah Mui got sick,
they all came to the HK Stadium to visit her, to show her care and
support. Anita Mui said: [ I have been in the entertainment
circle for so many years, what I get is not money or fame, but
friendship....." (thundering applause). When one got sick, so
many people came to visit her, to a certain extent it explained how
this person has lived her life. In fact, that night HK Stadium was
just like a patient's room, more than 10 thousand audience, except Anita
Mui herself, all came to visit the good friend. Every word, every
movement of hand, or foot, is full of human affection. It was
reported Anita Mui's voice still very good, still full of air, I believe
those reporters didn't know Anita Mui was a singer before.
Nevertheless, she, Anita Mui insisted " tonight, I might not sing too
well, but I will try my best to sing, to achieve the best."
This reminded me a dialogue of a movie of my childhood "Got on to a
wrong bus": [The Show Must Go On.] This show, really very
good to see. Hong Kong is well known as heaven for shopping, that makes people think
it as a place of consumers. But recently there are so many positive
examples telling the people, there are other things here. In Hong
Kong's entertainment circle, besides gossips, bubbles, hypocrisy, there is
power that enables its development. There is sincerity between you
and me, and him, and her, and between each piece of work. Whenever
at verge of danger, we can feel that. Hope during a trouble
free year, there is still such understanding. The meaning of the show in "The Show Must Go On!" is very wide, that includes the show of that night, the performing career of Anita Mui, Anita Mui's health, also the trivial between you and me. |
