【明報專訊】歌手梅艷芳母親覃美金和梅的胞兄梅啟明，日前入稟高院控告梅的臨時遺產管理人，指控管理人誘使梅媽出售梅名下物業，又指管理人拒絕代梅媽繳付醫療費、私家車牌費等，要求撤換臨時遺產管理人及索償1000萬元。
Ming Pao News -- Late singer Anita Mui's mother, Tam Mei Kam, and Anita's brother Mui Kai Ming, sued Anita's acting / temporary estate managers in High Court yesterday, alleging that the managers wrongfully enticed Tam to sell Anita's property, and that they refused to pay Tam's medical expenses, car license fees, etc.. Tam and Mui are asking the court to assign different estate managers and to award them HK$10 million in damages.
原訴人覃美金和梅啟明，控告德勤關黃陳方會計師行及負責有關事宜的負責人Virginia Lo，母子指摘Lo早前承諾在出售梅艷芳遺產內的新加坡物業後，把當中100萬元予母子，但後來反口。
Plaintiffs Tam Mei Kam and Mui Kai Ming sued "Deloitte" the accounting firm and the person in charge of the matters in dispute, Virginia Lo. Tam and Mui accused Lo of going back on her word and not fulfilling her promise of giving HK$1 million of proceeds to them that resulted from the sale of Anita's Singapore property.
母子又指摘被告以遺產流動現金不足為藉口，沒有代梅媽繳清41.8萬元醫療費、代步的私家車牌費；又指德勤聲稱可能會停止支付本月的生活費，令梅媽增力壓力及憂慮，促使她心臟病發。
Tam and Mui also accused the defendants of using an excuse - that the estate's cash flow is insufficient - to refuse Mui Ma's requests for payment of HK$418,000 in medical expenses, and her car's license fees. They also alleged that the accounting firm indicated it may stop paying for this month's living expenses, which added to Mui Ma's stress and worries, causing her to suffer a heart attack.

【明報專訊】梅艷芳母親覃美金昨日透露，已就遺產官司向法庭呈交上訴文件，正等候排期審理。
另外，梅媽早前與兒子梅啟明控告曾替兩人處理遺產官司的律師區穎麟及男子馬沛東，以及顧問公司董事唐台英，控狀指區、馬吹噓有「必勝法律戰略」，誤導梅媽等兩人簽下付款承諾書。唐去年成功剔除有關申索，梅媽與梅啟明昨申請逾期上訴不果，兼要付1.7萬元訟費。

梅啟明稱借「貴利」還債
Mui Ma bankruptcy case settled outside court, MKM said borrowed money with high interest
(mingpao) yesterday was the deadline for Mui Ma to pay the overdue rent and the legal charges. Finally Mui Ma came to agreement with the landlord , and the High Court declared that the landlord withdraw his application to demand Mui Ma's bankruptcy.
稱梅媽若有事 「定向法庭追究」
梅媽昨天沒有到庭，其兒子梅啟明稱梅媽身體不適。梅啟明透露，早前與業主達成的協議中，梅媽先還10多萬元，其餘則分期清還。梅媽上周向高院申請，從梅艷芳遺產中取錢應急還債，但申請被拒，梅啟明指其母今次被迫「借貴利」還債，他更在庭外高呼﹕「如果媽媽有咩頭暈身魀、冬瓜豆腐，我一定向法庭追究到底……法理何在，謀財害命！」
Mui Ma didn't come to the court, his son MKM said his mother wasn't feeling well. He said in her agreement with the landlord, Mui Ma would pay over tens thousands first, the balance in installments. MKM said his mother was forced to borrow with high interest, he also shouted outside the court: "If anything happens to her mother, her health, I would deal with the court....where is justice, murdering for money!"
上周梅媽被拒取錢應急後，在庭外曾透露會有朋友幫忙，但梅啟明昨聲稱，因朋友知道梅媽被申請破產，知梅媽沒有能力還錢，所以沒有人願意幫忙，「連慰問到無句，仲點會借畀你！」
Last week when Mui Ma's application for money was refused by the court, she said she would get help from her friends. But MKM said yesterday that when Mui Ma's friends knew that she was being filed for bankruptcy, knowing that she was incapable to repay any debt, nobody wanted to help her anymore.
另一方面，今天是梅艷芳遺產案提上訴的最後期限，梅啟明早前稱正聯絡律師處理上訴事宜，但至上周五仍未正式向上訴庭提交上訴通知書。
Besides, today is the deadline for further appeal for Anita Mui's Estate suit. Earlier MKM said he was contacting the lawyers, but till last Friday, there was no appeal notice given to the court.

Mui Ma applied for HK$500K for urgent use
(Mingpao) Mui Ma didn't pay rent for a shop space in North Point, that caused a series of legal suits, finally bankruptcy was filed against her as she owed HK$330K of legal charges. Next Monday will be the due day for payment. Yesterday she applied to High Court asking for HK$550K for this urgent matter. But the judge rejected her. Mui Ma asked the judge: [Is this meant that you won't save me when I'm in trouble.]
法官張舉能拒絕「梅媽」的申請時說，梅媽拒絕向法庭透露實際欠債資料，張官亦相信她仍有其他數目不少的債項，遺產案中的律師費相信亦是借貸而來。他又估計破產呈請中的債項只是冰山一角，若今次貿然批准申請，以遺產代她還款，難保再有其他債權人以同樣方式向梅媽追債，這樣會對其他遺產受益人不公平。
The judge mentioned that Mui Ma refused to tell the exact details about the debt. He also believed that she has other debts including the legal fees for the Estate Law Suit. He estimated that the fee she was applying was only part of her debts. If he approved this application, it's not guaranteed that other debtors would not chase after Mui Ma for debts in the same way. This is not fair to the other beneficiaries of the Estate.
官﹕恐其他人依樣追債
張官又說，雖然梅艷芳的遺產整體運作健康，但由於欠缺流動資金，法庭早前下令出售的倫敦物業，至今仍未能出售，故要從遺產中支取50萬元有困難。
The Judge said that Anita Mui's Estate is being operated in a healthy way. However it lacks cash. The real property in London which was ordered to be sold is still on sale, not sold yet, so it's difficult to give HK$500K to Mui Ma.
對於梅媽在這年紀面臨破產，張官表示明白會對其心理及社交有影響，但破產令某程度上可令一些沒有還債能力的人，不再被債權人追債，生活上有最低限度的保障，未必是壞事。
Mui Ma at such an age (old age) to face bankruptcy, the judge stated that he understands she might be affected psychologically and her social life will be affected too, but bankruptcy to a certain extent can protect those people who are incapable to repay their debts from being chased after, their life get secured in a way, so it's not a bad thing.
拒與妙境和解
梅媽聽罷法官命令，即質問﹕「法官大人，咁係咪即係見死不救？」她又說﹕「阿梅見我臨老名譽咁樣敗鰦，都死唔眼閉！」
Mui Ma asked the judge: [Your Honor, it means I'm in trouble and you don't want to save me?] She added: [Ah Mui won't have peace if she sees that my reputation gets ruined at such an old age.]
另外，梅媽指遺產對她的經濟供養並不合理，向遺產管理人提出訴訟，案件仍未審理，張官在庭上要求梅媽與另一受益人「妙境佛學會」商討和解，免得花錢打官司。梅媽昨在庭外表示不會和解。
Besides, Mui Ma stated that the Estate Trust is not fair in allocating the amount of money to support her living. She is suing the Estate Trustee. The Judge suggested her to settle the case outside the court with the other beneficiary, New Horizon Buddhist Association, to save legal fee. Mui Ma said that she would not seek settle outside the court .

Mui Ma asked for HK$3 million as urgent expense
[Mingpao] Mui Ma earlier was filed bankruptcy by her landlord, days earlier she pleaded to the high court requesting Anita Mui Estate Fund Manager to give her HK$3 million as urgent expense.
「梅媽」未有在入稟狀透露支取緊急費的用途。4名被告分別是匯豐信託有限公司(遺囑執行人)、匯豐信託有限公司(Karen Trust)、妙境佛學會及劉培基。資料顯示，梅媽現時每月有12萬元生活費，而在剛過去的農曆新年，高院批准她從女兒的遺產中支取6萬元度歲。
Mui Ma didn't mention the reason for this urgent expense. The present monthly allowance for Mui Ma is HK$120,000. For the past Chinese New Year, she was granted by the high court HK$60,000 for the festival.

(Mingpao) Mui Ma appeared at high court, stating for every Chinese New Year, Anita Mui would give her HK$200,000. She wanted HK$80,000 to 100,000 at least for this CNY. The manager of the estate fund management objected as only HK$1 million cash left. However the judge said expense for CNY is exception, granted her to get HK$60,000.

梅媽覃美金昨親自出庭陳辭，其子梅啟明則在公眾席旁聽。梅媽甫開庭即說：「想要多點錢過年。」她更提及以往農曆新年前，梅艷芳會給她20萬元，用作佈置家居及封紅包，因此希望今年至少有「十萬八萬」。
Mui Ma attended the hearing in person, while her son was in the sitting area of the audience.
遺產管理人代表透露，銀行戶口僅餘約100萬元的現金，而今年3月又將要撥59.2萬元繳交「Mui Music」的稅項，擔心會「牽一髮動全身」，倘支出再增加，要被迫出售不動產來籌集現金。
The manager of the estate fund management said that in March they have to pay tax HK$592,000 for Mui Music. They worry that if there is any increase in payment, they would be forced to sell fixed assets.
法官張舉能聽罷雙方陳辭後，認為港人過年時支出增加實為常理，而現時梅媽每月從遺產支取的生活費12萬元，並沒有計算「大時大節」的消費，加上數萬元不會影響遺產的「現金流」，故頒令梅媽可一筆過提取6萬元過年。
The judge said the monthly allowance of HK$120,000 doesn't include expenses for big festivals, also tens thousands payment would not affect the cashflow. So Mui Ma can get HK$60,000 for CNY

【on.cc專訊】 歌手梅艷芳逝世四周年，梅媽媽、哥哥梅啟明及數名歌迷，中午到達阿梅位於壽臣山的故居拜祭，惟遭屋苑保安員阻止，期間雙方發生口角及推撞，更以粗口對罵，最後更報警求助。警方派出三輛警車到場，最後一眾人士依警察指示到屋苑大門外繼續拜祭。
Singer Anita Mui passed for 4 years, Mui Ma, Mui Kei Ming and a few fans, went to her late residence Shousan Hill Road to pay homage, but were stopped by the property management security, both parties had conflicts, and pushed each other, also used foul language to abuse each other, final policemen were called in for help. The police sent 3 police cars. Finally the group could continue to pay homage outside the property estate by following the instruction of the policemen.

已故歌星梅艷芳的母親覃美金（梅媽），在阿梅遺產官司待審期間，獲准每月支取生活費。梅媽昨日於高院要求將生活費由每月八萬五千元大幅增加至十五萬元，她說除了養自己，還要養兒子梅啟明夫婦、孫兒、兩名司機，以及六隻狗，月花逾十萬元，仍然「唔夠使」。雖然遺產管理人反對申請，指遺產的現金只剩約一百八十萬元，但法官考慮後，批准將梅媽生活費金額提高至十二萬元。 Yesterday, in the high court Mui Ma requested her allowance be increased from HK$85,000 to HK$150,000 per month. Besides supporting herself, she has to support Mui Kei Ming and his wife, her grandsons , 2 drivers, and 6 dogs. Her monthly expense is over HK$100K. Now allowance is not enough. The estate management objected to her application, as the estate fund already got down to HK$1.8 million. 梅媽與子控告前代表律師騙財
Mui Ma and her son sued their previous lawyer cheating money
Mui Ma and her son already filed a law suit with High Court suing their previous 3 lawyers cheating. They are Au區穎麟, Ma馬沛東 whose license was already disqualified, and another one. Mui Ma and her son stated that these lawyers said that they have "definitely win strategy", their behavior is not different from cheating. Not only getting no progress in the suit relating to estate, they made Mui Ma and her son to be in heavy debt, and caused them to be under great pressure. Now Mui Ma and her son wanted the court to declare that the agreement they signed with the defendants are invalid, and they also sought compensation for their loss from the defendants.
換律師引致多宗糾紛
另一方面，區穎麟早前曾入稟控告梅氏母子無理撤換律師，他日前又入稟控告大律師秦劍明違反責任，指秦在母子面前講他壞話，又與他們就爭產案作私下協議。
On the other hand, Au sued Mui Ma and her son for changing lawyers without any reasons. Also he sued the lawyer 秦劍明 for violating his responsibility, Au stated that 秦 talked bad things about him in front of Mui Ma and her son , and made agreement with them in private.
梅氏母子早前就爭產案撤換代表律師後，已引發多宗與區有關的糾紛。母子2人在入稟狀指20年前在一個公開場合認識區穎麟，直至2005年4月，梅啟明在街上遇上區，他向區談及梅艷芳遺產官司，區並主動向他提供法律意見。
When they filed their suit, Mui Ma and her son mentioned that they knew Au in a public function 20 years ago. In April 2005, MKM met Au in the street and mentioned to him about the suit related to estate, Au initiated to provide him legal opinion.
梅氏母子當年在天后廟道租用單位成立防癌會，遭業主追租，當時首次委託區代表抗辯，案件致梅啟明被頒令破產，但二人直至梅啟明破產後才發現區並沒有替他抗辯。之後，覃美金成功從遺產中取出50萬元作後補生活費，惟區不由分說就將款項用作賠償給防癌會單位的業主。
In the same year, Mui Ma and her son rented an a premise for the Cancer Association. When they were chased after for rent, they asked Au to take care of the case. MKM was made bankrupt by court for this case. Until MKM was bankrupt he realized that Au never defended for him. Later when Mui Ma got HK$500,000 from the estate trustee for her living expense, Au without asking them paid the full amount to the landlord of the premise for the Cancer Association.
母子不斷被索取金錢
去年8月，區委聘大律師William Allan及陳美玉處理遺產案，當時在區的翻譯下，母子簽署了文件，答應向兩名大律師支付合共100萬元作酬金。兩個月後，區又介紹次被告馬沛東予母子認識，當日區指馬是「西環隱形富豪爭產案中，大敗陳景生(資深大律師)的總指揮」，又稱只有區與馬聯手，才能打敗資深大律師張健利。後來，區馬二人要求母子簽文件，同意讓他們可收取共200萬元酬金。
August 2006, Au hired lawyers William Allan and 陳美玉 for the suit of estate. Au acted as a translator for Mui Ma and MKM for the documents they had to sign. They had to pay the 2 lawyers HK$1 million being their remuneration. 2 months later, Au introduced Ma (馬沛東) to them, telling them Ma was the senior lawyer who won the estate case of the "invisible rich man of Western District". Au said only if he worked with Ma, they would defeat the 張健利, the lawyer of defendant. Au and Ma asked Mui Ma and MKM to sign the document agreeing to pay them HK$2 million as remuneration.
母子二人指出，區在2006年10月起至今年3月，不斷向母子索取金錢，涉款共逾90萬元，每次為數1至3萬元不等。此外，馬亦在2006年11月，就母子二人正在進行的私人傳票訴訟，收取100萬元費用。母子二人指案件令他們欠債纍纍，又令梅媽心臟病發入院。此外，母子又稱經常遭區馬二人責罵，區更曾臭罵數位曾獲委聘的大律師，當中包括他入稟控告的秦劍明。
Mui Ma and MKM pointed out that since Oct 2006 till March 2007, Au continued to ask money from them, up to a total of about HK$900,000 Every time it's about HK$10,000 to HK$30,000. Besides, in Nov 2006, they had to pay Ma HK$1 million being charge of that suit of private subpoena. The law suits caused them to be in heavy debts, and caused Mui Ma heart attach and had to be hospitalized. Also, Au often scolded them, he even scolded other lawyers as well.
指吹噓「必勝」與行騙無異
今年3月，區馬二人提議以簡易判決處理梅豔芳的遺產問題，惟被聆案官批評毫無理據。翌月，母子撤換律師後，得悉案件牽涉太多爭議，根本不適宜用簡易程序處理。母子二人指眾被告大力吹噓「必勝法律戰略」，實與行騙無異。
In March 2007, Au and Ma suggested "easy process" to settle the problems of Anita Mui's estate, but criticized by the judge as being unreasonable. In the following month, when Mui Ma and MKM changed to another lawyer, they learned that the suit involved too many disputes, can't be settled with "easy process". They stated that the defendants boasted their "definitely win strategy" , which is no different from cheating.

Mai Kei Ming paid respect to his late sister
(Appledaily) Yesterday Mui Kei Ming went to Shang Sin Chun Tong to pay respect to his late sister Anita Mui. He was murmuring to himself as talking to Anita Mui. When he was asked by reporters what he was talking about, he immediately wept and said: [Ah Mui's flat is listed for sale, HK$60million. This is the only flat left by Ah Mui, I want to stop them sell it.] He said Mui Ma was not feeling well, so didn't come.

【明報專訊】梅艷芳母親梅覃美因早前欠租被業主入稟高院申請破產，令本身有心臟病的她不堪壓力導致血壓低而需要入院。昨日其子梅啟明本打算帶同傳媒到病房探望梅媽，但遭院方拒絕。他表示梅媽前晚11時入院，醫生已為梅媽驗尿、驗血及作身體檢查，現情况已好轉，但仍未可以出院，因醫生仍建議梅媽多留院2日好好休息。

already went through different tests such as blood, urine and etc., her
condition already improved but still has to stay there, because her doctor

【明報專訊】梅艷芳母親梅覃美金去年遭公司入稟，指她租用北角一地舖後欠租兩個月，涉款5.4萬元。有關公司日前再採取法律行動，入稟高院申請梅媽破產。

after Mui Ma for 2 months' rent , HK$54,000, for a shop premise at North
Point. This company took further legal action earlier, filed with
high court to apply for Mui Ma to go bankrupt.
欠舖租兩月涉5.4萬
據資料顯示，呈請梅媽破產的公司雅士賓(香港)有限公司去年10月11日入稟高院，指去年5月21日與「梅媽」梅覃美金簽下為期3年的租約，梅媽租下英皇道昌盛洋樓地下一個商用單位，月租2.7萬元，但至去年8月起，梅媽欠租兩個月，即租金共5.4萬元，故當時業主公司曾在入稟狀中要求她清還租金、交出單位及賠償損失等。
Record shows, the company (雅士賓(香港)有限公司) filed a case with High court on Oct 11, 2005, stating Mui Ma had signed a rental contract with this company on May 21, 2005 for 3 years for a commercial ship unit at 昌盛 Building, King's Road, for a monthly rental of HK$27,000. But from Aug 2005, she didn't pay rent for 2 months, total HK$54,000. At that time the landlord filed a suit against her asking her to repay the rent, vacate the premise and pay for some other compensations.
梅媽去年12月曾向法庭申請，指每月6.8萬元的生活費不夠用，向梅艷芳遺產執行人要求增加生活費至11.8萬元，但申請被拒，法官當時只下令一筆過給她5萬元，作為緊急醫藥開支。至本年6月，在執行人及各遺產受益人的同意下，將梅媽的生活費增至每月8.5萬元。

【明報專訊】梅艷芳胞兄梅啟明早前入稟控告與阿梅及其遺產有關人士，串謀導致梅艷芳死亡及挪用其遺產，又指養和醫疏忽，索償30億元，法庭裁定梅啟明沒有法律地位代表梅艷芳提出申索，撤銷其訴訟並要梅啟明付堂費，雖然梅啟明昨在法庭反對堂費命令，但法庭維持原判，梅或須付訟費約30 萬元。
[Mingpao] Earlier Mui Kei Ming filed a suit against those
related to Ah Mui for causing her death and using her inheritance, and against
HK Sanatorium for negligence, asking HK$3bllion for compensation. The
judged already concluded that MKM has no right to represent Anita Mui, the suit
was rejected, but MKM has to pay all charges for the court hearing. He
refused to pay yesterday at the court hearing. However, the court
maintained it's original decision, he has to may about HK$300,000.
被告匯豐國際信託有限公司、匯豐職員劉蔡秀蓮昨向法庭申請11.6萬訟費；養和醫院則索9.5萬元；梅艷芳生前摯友連炎輝、蘇笑貞和妙境佛學會有限公司索10萬元，而劉培基則索訟費7800元，合共逾30萬元，但法庭稍後才會宣布是否批准有關數額。

[Mingpao] Earlier, Mui Kei Ming, Mui Kei Ming applied to the court for a private subpoena, accusing Eddie Lau and Choi Siu Lin for stealing things from Anita Mui's safe. Yesterday the Easter District Court sent another private subpoena to the driver of Ah Mui, Yu Tien Loh accusing him stealing jewelries of foreign currency notes, total value HK$1.5 million and private letters. Interrogation in the high court will be arranged.

Eddie Lau, Lau Choi Siu Lin and Yu Tien Loh attended the hearing
yesterday. Their lawyers said that they have confidence to win the
case. Mui Ma came to the court too.
新傳票內容指，余天樂於04年1月，在梅艷芳的深水灣壽臣山道故居，從梅的夾萬偷走總值150萬的6顆鑽石、1個玉墜﹔20多疊美元、英鎊、日圓及新加坡幣鈔票﹔以及100封私人信件、文件及合約。裁判官指案件涉及財物金額龐大，需於高院審訊，遂把3張傳票一併押後至11月17日，等候排期。根據過往資料，高院審理私人傳票的刑事案件實屬罕見。
The private subpoena mentioned that Yu Tien Loh stole from
Anita Mui's safe from her residence at Shousan Hill Road in January, 2004,
6 pieces of diamond, a jade pendant , more than 20 stacks of foreign currency
notes including USD, sterling pound, Japanese yen and Singapore dollar, of a
total value HK$1.5 million; also 100 private letters, documents and contracts.
The judge pointed that this case involved large amount of money, has to be
interrogated in the High Court. So the 3 priave subpoenas will be
postponed till November 17th, waiting to be scheduled. According to past
record, it's very rare that a high court handles private subpoena.
梅啟明早前已發出了私人傳票控告劉培基及劉蔡秀蓮，指他們在04年1月盜竊梅夾萬內逾1500萬的遺物及私人信件。

已故藝人梅艷芳的兄長梅啟明早前指稱，有人於阿梅死後四日擅自開啟夾萬盜走現金及珠寶等財物，懷疑阿梅好友侵吞阿梅的遺產，遂透過法庭申請私人傳票，要求作出檢控，早前獲裁判官批准。涉案兩名答辯人是阿梅生前好友形象設計師劉培基，及阿梅的遺產受託人匯豐女高層劉蔡秀蓮，昨被傳召至東區裁判法院應訊。梅啟明事後更揚言為阿梅討回公道，拒絕庭外和解。＜採訪、攝影＞楊家樂、鄧如峰
Mui Kei Ming pointed out earlier that after Ah Mui passed away for 4 days, someone opened Ah Mui's safe and took the cash and jewelries, he suspected that Ah Mui's good friend (s) embezzled her inheritance. So he applied for a subpoena through the court demanding for prosecution, and it was permitted by the judge. The two involved in this case and have to make a reply are Ah Mui's good friend at the same time image director, Eddie Lau, and the high level management of HSBC Turst Co, Lau Choy Siu Lin. Yesterday they were asked to go to the Eastern District Court. Afterwards Mui Kei Ming threatened that he would ask justice for Ah Mui, refused settlement outside court.
代表梅啟明的私人檢控官區必威大律師於庭上稱，要求將本案兩張私人傳票押後處理，以便準備案情撮要及搜集證人供詞。辯方代表不反對押後案件，惟希望控方提供清晰時間表。裁判官衛以寬批准將案押後至9月15日再提訊，屆時將考慮是否合併兩張傳票，現兩名答辯人獲准以100元擔保外出。
In the court, the prosecutor representing Mui Kei Ming requested
the case to be postponed in order to prepare for the case and gather evidence
from the witnesses. The other party representing the defendants agreed to
the postponement, only hoped that the plaintiff will give a clear time
table. The judge permitted the case to be postponed to Sept 15. By
then he will consider if the 2 subpoena will be combined. Right now the 2
defendants were bailed out by paying HK$100 each.
控方建議律政司介入
控方於庭外透露，本案涉及阿梅逾800萬元的遺產，應該會交由更高層的法院審理；又指律政司有責任處理私人傳票，並於任何階段介入案件，故已建議律政司考慮是否委派其他檢控官。控方續透露，私人傳票十分罕見，年前立法會議員劉慧卿首次以私人傳票方式，要求當時的新華社香港分社社長姜恩柱出庭作供，惟最後以失敗告終。
After the court, the plaintiff commented this case involved Ah Mui's inheritance of HK$8 million, it should be handled by higher court. It is also mentioned that the Commissioner of Justice has the responsibility to settle the personal subpoena, and can get involved with the case at any stage, so already suggested to the Commissioner of Justice if other prosecutors should be appointed. It is also said personal subpoena is very rare. ...
梅媽對官司充滿信心
離開法院時，問到梅媽今次有否信心及有何新證據，梅媽帶着沙啞的聲音說：「我哋咩都有，有信心。」問到梅啟明案情有否進展？他說：「好開心，律政處方面開始做嘢，至於辯方之前要求我庭外和解，我心想今次根本不是錢的問題，係我個妹死得不明不白，我要求個明白，況且我已經花了八位數同佢哋打官司，絕對唔係錢的問題。」
Leaving the court, Mui Ma was asked if she is confident and whether she has new evidence, she replied huskily: [We have everything, we have confidence.] Mui Kei Mui was asked about the progress of the case, he said: [Very happy. The office of Commissioner of Justice has started to work. As the defendants asked me for settlement outside the court before, I think this time it is not a matter of money, it's my sister who died inexplicably, I want it to be explained clearly. Also I already spent 8 digit on legal expense, it's definitely not a matter of money.]

梅媽生活費每月八萬五
現支六萬八不夠用 獲官批准增加
已故歌星梅艷芳的母親覃美金（梅媽），昨向高院申請，要求從梅艷芳遺產執行人申領的生活費，由每月68,000元增至85,000元，以應付樓宇按揭及醫藥費，並以實報實銷方式申領醫療費用，獲法官張舉能許可，並特別批准她領取的新生活費金額，可追溯至梅艷芳死後開始計算。
梅媽昨以遺產受益人的身份，向託管梅艷芳遺產的滙豐國際信託有限公司申請更改遺產分配的命令。
實報實銷申領醫療費
代表她的大律師表示，梅媽指現時每月68,000元的生活費不夠用，按《財產繼承（供養遺屬及受養人）條例》，要求從遺產中索取多些生活費及醫藥費，以應付供樓及緊急的醫藥開支。
另外，梅媽年老多病，常出入醫院，故要求以實報實銷方式，向遺產執行人申領醫療費用。
梅媽的律師在庭外表示，梅媽暫時從遺產中領取了三十多萬元，而遺產中共有十多項物業，其中阿梅生前曾居住的壽臣山道大宅，現值約五千多萬元，因有紀念價值，並不打算出售。
After the court, Mui Ma's lawyer mentioned that Mui Ma got more
than HK$300K from Ah Mui's inheritance, Ah Mui's inheritance including more than
10 real estate properties. Among which, the apartment at Shuson Hill now
values more than HK50 million, it has commemoration value, no plan to sell it.
其餘分布在跑馬地及海外的物業會陸續出售，因地產市道有起跌，現階段難以估計阿梅的遺產現值多少，但起碼超過一億元。
Other real estate properties at Happy Valley and overseas will
be sold gradually. As the real estate market fluctuates, it is
difficult to estimate how much Ah Mui's inheritance values at this stage, but
would be above HK$100 million.
質疑遺囑真偽稍後審
梅艷芳03年底病逝，遺下一份遺囑及一份信託契約，遺囑以滙豐信託為遺囑執行人，妙境佛學會有限公司為受益人，信託契名「Karen Trust」，信託人亦是滙豐信託，受益人包括梅媽、妙境佛學會、梅艷芳好友劉培基、梅艷芳胞兄梅德明的兩名女兒，及胞姊梅愛芳的兩名兒子，遺產的資產主要是十多項物業。
Anita Mui passed away in the end of 2003, she left a will and a trust contract. The executor of the will is HSBC Trust Co. 妙境佛學會有限公司 (one Buddhist Association) is the beneficiary. The trust contract is called [Karen Trust], the trustee is also HSBC Turst Co, beneficiaries include Mui Ma, 妙境佛學會, Anita Mui's good friend Eddie Lau, Anita Mui's 2 nieces (daughters of her brother Mui Tak Ming), and her 2 nephews (sons of her sister, Ann Mui). Her inheritance mainly consists of more than 10 real estate properties.
不過，梅媽指遺囑簽訂時，梅艷芳已病重，質疑遺囑真偽，故興訟追究，爭產官司將會稍後在高院開審。
However, Mui Ma commented that when the will was made, Anita Mui was critically ill, she suspected the authenticity of this will. Therefore she felt the dispute and wanted a legal investigation. The trial of this case will be opened later in the high court.

【明報專訊】歌星梅艷芳母親覃美金，繼去年底以健康為由，從女兒的遺產中提取5萬元醫療費應急後，昨日又於高院提出增加生活費的申請，經遺產管理人及其他受益人商討後，各方同意梅媽的生活費每月增加1.7萬，由6.8萬元加至8.5萬元。 [Mingpao] The mother of Anita Mui, following her last
year's request for HK$50,000 from her daughter's estate for medical
expense, she applied to the high court yesterday for higher allowance for
her monthly expense. After discussion among the Estate Trustee and
other beneficiaries, all agreed that the monthly allowance of Mui Ma will
be increased by HK$17,000 from HK$58,000 to HK$85,000. The plaintiff was accompanied by her son to the court yesterday.
She requested the high court to increase her monthly allowance, the estate
trust, HSBC International Trustee Ltd and etc. agreed to it, every month
HK$85,000 will be given out from Anita Mui's inheritance to Mui Ma for her
living allowance. Both parties reached the agreement. From 21st of this month, Mui
Ma's living allowance will be increased. Also she can claim the
extra amount back from Dec 30, 2003. But the amount in arrears will
be given to Mui Ma only after the real estate property of Ah Mui has been
sold. Besides, Mui Ma can get refund of her medical expense from her
daughter's inheritance by showing receipts. |
梅媽自梅艷芳於03年12月30日因子宮頸癌在養和醫院病逝後，多次為女兒的遺產在法庭奔走。她與兒子梅啟明曾指控梅艷芳遺囑是在神志不清及受人慫恿下簽署，要求推翻遺囑。今年5月，梅啟明又懷疑亡妹好友劉培基及遺產受託人，在梅艷芳死後偷取其夾萬內的大量現金、珠寶及鑽石，早前於東區裁判法院申請私人傳票，指控2人盜竊，劉須於下周五，即21日出庭應訊。
Since Anita Mui passed away on Dec 20, 2003, Mui Ma has been in
and out of court for her daughter's inheritance. She and her son suspected
that Anita was persuaded to sign the will when she was unconscious, trying to
overthrow the will. In May, Mui Kee Ming also suspected that Anita's good
friend, Eddie Lau, and the Estate Trustee stole Anita's cash, jewelries
from her safe after she died. He applied to Eastern District Court for
private subpoena accusing these 2 persons for theft. Eddie Lau has to
attend the court on July 21, i.e. next Friday.

【明報專訊】梅啟明早前向法庭申請發出私人傳票，控告有人爆鎖盜竊梅艷芳夾萬裏的遺物，申請昨日獲得批准，而兩名被控的阿梅「好友」亦揭盅，原來是劉培基與阿梅遺囑見證人之一的匯豐信託有限公司信託部主管劉蔡秀蓮。兩人將在日內接獲傳票，並須於7月21日出庭。
[Mingpao] Some time ago Mui Kei Ming applied to the
court for a private subpoena, accusing someone exploded the lock of
Anita Mui's safe to steal her things. His application got authorized
yesterday. The 2 "good friends" being accused are Eddie Lau and
one of the witnesses of Ah Mui's will, Lau Choy Siu Lin (劉蔡秀蓮),
she is the supervisor of the trust department of HSBC Trust Ltd. These 2
will get subpoena from the court, and must attend the court on July 21.
梅媽昨午與梅啟明前往東區裁判法院上庭，得悉申請成功後，展現歡顏，梅媽頻說﹕「阿梅有冤申了﹗阿梅在法庭裏與我同在，企在前面跟在後面。」

夾萬中現金不翼而飛
涉案的失竊財物是梅艷芳放在寓所私人夾萬的現金和珠寶，梅啟明的代表律師在庭上表示，梅媽在補錄的誓章中，表示以往曾親眼見過女兒的私人夾萬內存有大量現金和珠寶，但阿梅過身後4天，便有人找鎖匠解開夾萬鎖，將內裏財物一掃而空。律師續指，梅媽認為最大嫌疑人，是阿梅的形象服裝設計師劉培基，以及劉蔡秀蓮，因為只有他們才可接觸夾萬，但兩人未有為遺物失竊作出任何解釋。
Belongings got robbed involved cash and jewelries stored in the private safe in Anita Mui's residence. The attorney presenting MKM commented in the court that Mui Ma in her declaration under the oath stating she had seen herself plenty cash and jewelries stored in her daughter's private safe. But after Ah Mui passed away 4 days, someone brought a locksmith to open the safe, and took away all the things stored in the safe. The attorney continued saying that Mui Ma thinks the most possible suspect are Eddie Lau, Ah Mui's image director, and Lau Choy Siu Lin, because only they have the right to get access to the safe, but both of them didn't make any explanation why all the things got stolen.
梅媽已就事件報警，警方商業罪案調查科已接手調查，但梅媽與梅啟明認為調查進度太慢，故決定以私人傳票作檢控。
Mui Ma already reported the case to the police, and the commercial criminal bureau of the police department already accepted the case for investigation, but both Mui Ma and MKM think the investigation is too slow, that's why they decided to apply for court subpoena.

【明報專訊】梅艷芳胞兄梅啟明早前入稟控告與阿梅及其遺產有關的人士疏忽及失職，繼早前養和申請將梅的申索剔除後，案中被告劉培基等被告昨亦向法庭提出類似申請，指梅沒有法律認可身分興訟，聆案官將押後以書面裁決。
Mui Kei Ming filed a law suit against those who were related to
her inheritance for negligence some time ago. HK Sanatorium already
applied that his suit be rejected. Now Eddie Lau and etc made the same
application to the court that MKM is not in a legal position to file a
suit. The case will be detained to be judged in writing.
昨日提出剔除申請的被告人包括劉蔡秀蓮、滙豐國際信託有限公司及劉培基，均指梅啟明沒有法律地位代表梅艷芳提出申索，而其餘還有3名被告，亦將會在5個工作天內提出相同的申請。
The application was made by the 劉蔡秀蓮 of HSBC
International Trust Co. Ltd and Eddie Lau, stating that MKM is not in a legal
position to represent Anita Mui to seek anything. Another 3 defendants
will make the same application within next 5 working days.
而梅啟明昨在庭內要求聆案官將案件轉為刑事調查，阿梅遭人禁錮兼謀財害命、案件涉及周詳的串謀計劃，並指自己是代梅媽作出索償，因為當天有被告向梅媽保證阿梅的遺產足夠梅媽吃過世，但最後遺囑及信託書沒有提及，又指阿梅死得好冤枉。
MKM requested the court to turn the case to a criminal probe
that Ah Mui got imprisoned and murdered for money. It involved a carefully
planned plot. He also said he filed the suit on behalf of Mui Ma, because
the defendants guaranteed that the inheritance of Ah Mui would be enough
for Mui Ma for this life. But nothing was mentioned in the will and
the trust letter. He said Ah Mui died unjustly.
而梅啟明在散庭後稱，若果今次申索被拒，就算要申請法援亦一定會上訴到底。

【明報專訊】梅艷芳胞兄梅啟明早前入稟控告與阿梅及其遺產有關的人士疏忽及失職，以及指養和醫院涉疏忽，使梅艷芳慘死，要求賠償30億。養和醫院昨在高院指，梅啟明不是梅艷芳的遺產管理人，沒有法律地位為阿梅提出申索，並指他沒有法律理據，要求法庭將梅兄的申索剔除。
[Mingpao] Mui Kei Ming filed a law case against some people related to Ah Mui's inheritance for negligence not too long ago. He also sued HK Sanatorium for negligence which caused the death of Ah Mui, and asked HK Sanatorium HK$3 billion for compensation. At the high court, HK Sanatorium pointed out that Mui Kei Ming is not the supervisor for Anita Mui's inheritance, legally he is not qualified to seek for anything on behalf of Ah Mui. Also he has no legal evidence, and requested the court to reject all his demands.
但梅啟明昨指，他已將阿梅的死報案，要求商業罪案調查科作出調查，而且亦得到教授等專家提供資料，指阿梅的病情並不尋常，故要求法庭給予28天，讓他向法庭提交誓章，最後法庭容許梅兄可有21天時間，向法庭及辯方提交文件。梅兄表示，其母亦將會提交證人誓章，將她所知的事情向法庭披露。
But Mui Kei Ming said he has already filed the death of Ah Mui
to the police, and requested an investigation by the Commercial Criminal Bureau.
Also he already got material from specialists such a professors commenting that
the Ah Mui's condition was unusual. Therefore he requested the court to
give him 28 days to hand all the documents under oath. Finally the court
allowed him 21 days to hand the documents to the court and the defendant.
Mui Kei Ming released that his mother will appear as a witness and she will
reveal to the court all the things she knows.

After her daughter passed away, Mui Ma always runs around for the law suit. Her health is getting worse and worse. Her son Mui Kei Ming is always busy running around for her. Yesterday he mentioned that Mui Ma got high fever on Tuesday and went to St Paul's Hospital at Causeway Bay. trust company last month, he applied for subpoena accusing someone for
fabricating signature and documents and stealing yesterday.
裁判官指證據不足
梅啟明與梅媽昨午現身法院，由律師代表向法庭申請發出私人傳票，但裁判官指，看過呈交法庭的誓章後，暫不覺得有足夠證據顯示有人犯罪而需要作出檢控，例如當中有關遺囑的證據，全是梅媽的傳聞證供﹔但律師回應指將會有其他證據，裁判官遂將案件押後再訊。
Mui Kei Ming and Mui Ma appeared at the court yesterday
afternoon, their lawyer applied to the court for private subpoena.
After studied the documents they presented under the oath, the judge
commented that there was not enough evidence for prosecution for anyone for any
crime, e.g. any evidence about the will was only Mui Ma's hearsay
evidence. But their lawyer said he got other evidence, so the judge
detained the case to a further date.
記者詢問梅啟明打算控告何人，他表示暫時不能透露，但「5月中會好清楚」，其律師則指案件涉及有人冒簽、假文件及盜竊。
Mui Kei Ming was asked who he was accusing, he said it could not
be released for the time being. But it would be very clear at mid May, and
his lawyer confirmed that the case involved fabricating signature, and
documents, and stealing.

【明報專訊】梅艷芳逝世已兩年多，但其遺產風波仍未平息。阿梅胞兄梅啟明前日入稟高院，分別控告與阿梅及其遺產有關的人士疏忽及失職，又指他們侵吞阿梅的遺產，認為阿梅在神志不清的情况下訂立及簽署遺囑，興訟索償。另外，梅啟明又指負責阿梅治療的養和醫院疏忽，要求養和賠償30億元。梅啟明在入稟狀中透露，阿梅在遺囑中指定劉培基及一間佛學會為遺產受益人。
Anita Mui passed away for more than 2 years already, but the
problem about the inheritance of her estate is still not solved. Mui Kei
Ming filed a law suit with the high court on the day before yesterday, he sued
all parties related to Ah Mui's inheritance being negligent and dereliction of
duty, also claimed that they embezzled Ah Mui's estate properties, claiming
that Ah Mui made the will and signed it in the state that her mind was not
clear. He claimed for compensation. Besides, he claimed that HK Sanatorium
being negligent, he claimed HK$3 billion for compensation. In the law
suit, Mui Kei Ming disclosed that Ah Mui appointed one Buddhism Association and
Eddie Lau as the inheritance beneficiaries in her will.

7名被告包括阿梅遺產受託人匯豐國際信託有限公司及信託部主管劉蔡秀蓮、養和醫院、阿梅生前3名好友包括保險經紀連炎輝、形象設計師劉培基、與梅艷芳國際歌迷會會長蘇笑貞，及連炎輝有份任董事的妙境佛學會有限公司。其中，劉培基及妙境佛學會有限公司均為阿梅遺產受益人。
7 persons being sued including HSBC International Trust, the
person in charge of the Trust Department, HK Sanatorium, 3 good friends of Ah
Mui - Lin Yee Fai the AIA agent, Eddie Lau the image designer, Ms So the
chairwoman of Anita Mui International Fan Club, and (妙境佛學會有限公司)
妙境Buddhism Association Co Ltd for which Lin Yee Fai is the director.
Among them, Eddie Lau and 妙境Buddhism Association Co Ltd are the
beneficiaries of Ah Mui inheritance.
梅媽曾入稟推翻遺囑
自阿梅於2003年12月30日病逝後，母親覃美金與梅啟明認為，阿梅病逝前近1個月訂立的遺囑是假的，覃美金遂於04年3月入稟高院，要求推翻梅艷芳的遺囑。梅啟明更為此四周投訴及抗議。去年年底，一直患有心臟病的覃要求將每月6.8萬元生活費增加至11.8萬元，並額外索取3.5萬元的醫療費。本月初，梅啟明於銅鑼灣家中熟睡時懷疑被人縱火，因而吸入大量濃煙而昏迷被送醫院。
Since Ah Mui passed away on Dec 30, 2003, Mui Ma and Mui Kei
Ming think the will made a month before her demise was not authentic. Mui
Ma filed a law suit with the high court in March 2004, requesting to overthrow
the will. For this Mui Kei Ming went everywhere to protest. In the
end of last year, Mui Ma due to heart disease requested to have her monthly
allowance to be increased from HK$ 68K to 118K, also asked for HK$35K for
medical expense. At the beginning of this month, it was suspected that Mui
Kei Ming's flat was set on fire when he was asleep in the flat, he was
unconscious when he was sent to the hospital due to inhaling heavy smokes.

accompanied by her Phillipino maid went to the hospital to visit her son again. Mui Kei Ming was (not fully) conscious, but kept on calling "Ah Mui", the police still not able to ask him for details.
Mui Ma said Mui Kei Ming inhaled thick smokes, his nose black as chimney, doctors had to give him further check-up. Mui Ma stayed in the hospital ward till 2:00pm and then left. She looked very worried, nose looked red, seemingly she had cried. She told the reporters that Mui Kei Ming already woke up, but his chest felt painful. Mui Ma said: [I plan to transfer my son to another hospital with better medical facility. The culprit will be caught, will see what happens.]
Around 5:00p.m. Mui Kei Ming accompanied by the police,
was sent to the X-ray room, he wore mask, his eyes were tightly closed, but no
reaction to the presence of the reporters.

【明報專訊】梅艷芳兄長梅啟明在一宗懷疑縱火案中昏迷送院，梅媽中午曾到醫院探望兒子。事發昨日凌晨2時在銅鑼灣富明街富明大廈三樓一個單位，消防員到達現場時大門冒出濃煙，屋內反鎖要破門而入。在單位內房間救出梅啟明，當時他陷昏迷狀態被送到律敦治醫院搶救。消防在單位外發現有易燃液體，認為火警有可疑。 昨晨警方再到上址調查，指單位內被煙熏黑，但沒有其他損毁。到中午12時半，梅媽到醫院探望梅啟明，她逗留了約一小時後離開，後來梅媽又到了發生火警的單位。梅媽表示兒子仍未清醒，他在病牀上還要插着喉，說不出話來。 梅媽﹕佢無欠貴利 問梅媽是否梅啟明有沒有欠下「大耳窿」債項﹖她稱兒子沒有欠貴利債。早前她入院要支付十多萬元住院費時，兒子也有分擔部分費用，現在他們仍欠醫院萬多元。梅媽又稱自梅艷芳去世後，啟明也不開心，否則他也不會擊鼓鳴冤，他並非「黐線」。梅媽又說﹕「有人想『謀』佢﹗」她表示阿梅的事還未搞清楚，自己不可以死。 |

[Mingpao] Mui Kei Ming was hospitalized and remained unconscious as his flat was suspected to be set on fire by someone. Mui Ma went to visit him in the hospital yesterday during lunch time. At 2:00a.m. yesterday, thick smoke came out from a flat at 3rd floor of Fu Ming Building at Fu Ming Street, Causeway Bay. the door was locked from inside, the firemen had to break open the door and saved Mui Kei Ming from his room. He was unconscious and was sent to Rhuttonjee Hospital. There was combustible liquid in front of the flat, someone might have set the flat on fire.
Yesterday morning, the policemen came to investigate the case, the flat was all blackened due to smoke, but no other loss. Around 12:30 noon, Mui Ma went to the hospital to see her son. She stayed there for one hour and then left. Then she went to the flat. Mui Ma said her son was still unconscious, and his throat was inserted with a tube, he could not talk.
Mui Ma: He doesn't owe loan shark money
Mui Ma was asked if Mui Kei Ming owes any money from loan shark,
she said no. Not too long ago she had to pay hospital more than hundred
thousand dollars, Mui Kei Ming also helped in paying some, now they still owe
the hospital more than tens thousand. Mui Ma said that after Anita Mui
passed away, Kei Ming is not happy, otherwise he would not beat the drum for
justice. He is not really mental. Mui Ma added: [Someone wants
to go after him!] She also expressed that since Ah Mui's affair is not
clear yet, she herself can't die yet.

梅媽16萬住院費會計師代付

【明報專訊】梅艷芳媽媽覃美金上周入醫院接受通波仔手術，原本周日出院，但因無法繳付14萬元的住院費，要再住多5天，最後獲得會計師方面允許支付，才能於昨日下午出院。不過昨日未見會計師方面的人員到醫院繳付$161,623的住院費，醫院方面要梅媽在7日內付清費用。 昨午梅媽在兒子梅啟明陪同下出院，梅媽表示會計師方面同情她，獲得連炎輝、劉培基等4人批准替她支付住院費。梅啟明續說，前晚會計師樓指昨日會派人來付款，但到出院仍未見人。問梅媽平時有否積蓄﹖她說過往兩年都用完，因為每個月生活費及供樓都要6萬多元，還有請律師都是錢。 記者﹕梁迺 [Mingpao] Mui Ma was hospitalized last week for heart operation : balloon (generally known). Yesterday afternoon, Mui Ma accompanied by his son to leave the hospital. Mui Ma said the Accountant sympathized with her, it got permission from Lin Yin Fai, Eddie Lau and etc. total 4 persons to pay the fee for Mui Ma. Mui Kei Ming carried on saying the Accountant said staff would be sent to pay the fee, but when they left the hospital, still no one from the Accounting firm came. Mui Ma was asked if she got any saving. She said she used all the money during the past 2 years, because the monthly expense and the installment for her mortgage come up to more than HK$60,000. Also she has to pay the fee charged by lawyers.

【明報專訊】梅媽(梅艷芳母親)與兒子梅啟明昨日又有新動作，兩母子在銅鑼灣就梅艷芳的遺囑問題寫大字報兼擊鼓﹔梅啟明甚至披麻戴孝，表示要沉冤待雪，引來不少途人圍觀。是次梅媽帶同律師並帶備了一些法律文件作證明，表示要公開文件證明他們其實是受害者，並非要爭遺產。曾有報道梅媽收了幾千萬元保險金，她甚至公開出示其收到的保險金支票是196萬元。

【明報專訊】香港演藝人協會昨日宣布與鳳凰衛視達成合作計劃，並公布演協會新一屆理事會架構名單。再次連任成為第七屆演協會長的曾志偉派出谷祖琳、葉童、房祖名、李璨琛、鄭中基等執導，拍出十條為時3分鐘的短片為鳳凰衛視十周年台慶的獻禮，而鳳凰衛視是次會撥出100萬元作影片經費。
Yesterday, The Guild of HK Performing Artistes announced its
cooperation plan with Phoenix TV, also announced the committee members for the

明報專訊】前日是梅艷芳的農曆死忌，一班阿梅Fans晚上在佛堂舉行法事，因為梅媽與梅啟明的阻止而取消法事，事件擾攘了個半小時，其間有數名警察到場了解情况。前晚約有百名梅艷芳Fans到西環一間佛堂準備為偶像舉行法事，眾人是合資付費用的。不過，梅啟明與幾個朋友在佛堂外阻止眾人進入。他在門外大吵大鬧，頻說天王都無面畀，不准法事進行。
The day before yesterday was the 2nd anniversary of Anita Mui's demise according to lunar calendar. A group of Mui fans were going to have rituals at a temple, but had to cancel as Mui Ma and Mui Kei Ming stopped them. The tumult lasted about 1-1/2 hours. Police also came to find the cause. More than 100 fans came to the temple in Western District to have the ritual, they shared the expenses. But Mui Kei Ming and a few friends came to stop them. They made lots of noises outside the venue, and he declared he was not afraid of anyone not even the heavenly king, and didn't allow the ritual to be carried out.
跟梅啟明同行的朋友曾勸他，結果兩人卻因此吵起來。原來梅媽已在佛堂內，她開門喝止梅啟明要他離開。接着陸續讓Fans入佛堂內，梅媽向Fans解釋前日不能舉行法事的原因。因為是梅艷芳的農曆死忌，舉行法事令阿梅永不超生，對梅艷芳的家人也有壞影響。梅媽自言已年紀大不介意，但她仍有子有孫，不想他們有事。她又稱今次並非做衰人要搞事，而Fans接受了梅媽的解釋並離開，眾人至附近的齋舖繼續聚會。前晚蘇小姐未出現，有Fans稱因為蘇小姐心情欠佳故未有現身。
When Mui Kei Ming's friend asked him not to do that, they quarreled.
Mui Ma was already inside the temple, she came out and shouted at Mui Kei Ming
asking him to stop, then fans were allowed to go inside, Mui Ma explained to
fans why the ritual could not be held on that particular day. As it was
Anita Mui's death anniversary, ritual should not be held otherwise Ah Mui
would ever be able go to next life, and also it would have bad impact on the
family of Ah Mui. Mui Ma said she would not care as she was already old,
but she got children and grand children, she didn't want anything happen to
them. She said she was not making trouble. Fans accepted Mui Ma's
explanation and left, and continued their gathering at a vegetarian restaurant
nearby. That night, Ms So didn't show up, some fans said that Ms So wasn't
in a good mood, so didn't come.

【明報專訊】昨日，阿梅的哥哥梅啟明亦有出席，他甫到即在會場掛上大字報。梅媽之所以沒有出席，梅啟明解釋﹕「梅媽本想開放阿梅的故居給歌迷在內進行悼念，但律政司長黃仁龍不允許，梅媽為此很不開心，導致身體不適，不能出席。」
Yesterday, Mui Kei Ming attended "Just for you 05"
too. He again hung big posters at the venue. Mui Ma didn't come, he
explained that Mui Ma wanted to open Ah Mui's house for fans to pay respect to
Ah Mui there, but the Secretary for jJustice of didn't allow. Mui Ma was
not happy about this, so she didn't feel well, and could not attend the
function.

Yesterday afternoon, when Mui Kei Ming was pushing a cart which carried the drum labeled with words such as "Mui Family" and "Hit the drum for Justice", when crossing Queen's Road at Central, he was hit by a double decked bus, he fell to the ground, and the cart was turned over to its side.

According to the information from the police, yesterday around 5:30p.m., when Mui Kei Ming of 54 years old, pushed a cart and crossed the street at No 2 Queen's Road, a bus passed and knocked over his cart, Mui Kei Ming fell to the ground, and his head hit on the rail and was wounded. The ambulance sent him to the hospital, while the cart and drum were left at roadside by the police. Last night his mother went to Queen Mary's Hospital to see him.

生 前 是 劉 德 華 紅 顏 知 己 的 梅 艷 芳 ， 逝 世 已 一 段 時 間 ， 前 晚 她 的 哥 哥 梅 啟 明突 然 踩 到 華 仔 的 《 再 說 一 次 我 愛 你 》 舉 行 首 映 的 場 地 ， 並 以 大 聲 公 不 斷 叫 囂 ， 隨 即被 保 安 人 員 驅 趕 離 開 。
Andy Lau was Anita Mui's very good male friend. The night before Mui Kei Ming suddenly arrived at the venue of Andy Lau's premiere show without any invitation. Also he shouted with loud speaker , and then had to be driven away by security guard.

When 3 actors/actresses were performing
live a footage of the movie, Mui Kei Ming suddenly arrived, and with his loud
speaker he said: [Andy Lau, can you hear me?] The security guards like
facing an enemy immediately drove him to the opposite side of the road.
But he didn't give up, kept on shouting "Wah Zai" with his loud
speaker.

Mui Kei Ming said he just went to the Office of Chief Executive, as he passed Causeway Bay, so came to say hello to Wah Zai, because he was Ah Mui's good friend, and wanted to know if he still remembers Ah Mui. [(did you go in to say hello to him?) So many people, not polite to go in like this.] Reporters told him he was impolite to shout with loud speaker, he immediately replied the reporters with his loud speaker: [I told you that I passed here, did you hear?]

About Mui Kei Ming's presence, Wah Zai didn't know, because he was very immersed in his performance. But he said later when told about the incident: [This world lacks love. 梅媽被入稟追逾5萬租金
Mui Ma being chased for more than HK$50,000 for rent
本月十日是一代舞台女王梅艷芳的冥壽，其母親覃美金卻在愛女生忌當天被業主入稟法庭，追討其防癌協會位於英皇道五十六號某單位，兩個月合共五萬四千元港元的租金，該單位的業主要求梅媽立即支付租金與搬離上址，記者致電向梅媽查詢時，一直由一位女性朋友接聽電話，並多次表示梅媽正在開會，而截稿前梅媽仍未回覆。
10/10 was the birthday of Super Queen of the Stage, Anita Mui,
but her mother on that day a court case was filed against her chasing
after her for 2 months rent, total HK$54,000. The premise is at #56 King's
Road for her Anti Cancer Association. The landlord asked Mui Ma to pay the
rent right away or move out. When the reporter called Mui Ma, but the
phone was answered by her female friend, saying that Mui Ma was at
meeting. So no reply from Mui Ma yet.

後 日 （ 10 日 ） 是 梅 艷 芳 的 生 忌 ， 歌 迷 為 阿 梅 舉 行 連 串 悼 念 活 動 ， 而 阿 梅的 哥 哥 梅 啟 明 更 聲 稱 ， 會 安 排 後 日 開 放 阿 梅 位 於 壽 臣 山 道 的 故 居 ， 給 歌 迷 參 觀 。 他說 ： 「 因 為 好 多 歌 迷 都 好 懷 念 阿 梅 ， 希 望 可 以 去 阿 梅 故 居 參 觀 ， 我 咪 聯 絡 囉 ， 會 10 日 早 上 九 點 至 中 午 十 二 點 開 放 。 」 而 明 日 他 就 會 到 寶 蓮 寺 拜 祭 阿 梅 ， 又 揚 言 之 後 會 到 港 九 新 界 各 區 遊 行 抗 議 。

Yesterday, Mui Kei Ming and a fan held banner outside the Sanatorium
of HK, Happy Valley, asking the Hospital to hand him the report about the cause
of the death of Anita Mui. The police was informed ahead of his action, so
Leung Sir of Police/Public Relation Section and another 2 policemen were there
to keep order.
