1n 1991, 39 entertainment reporters cast votes for the "Most Welcome Artiste", Anita Mui got 23 votes and got elected as the "Most Welcome Artiste", she was presented with a tablet with the word "Sincere" on it.

[I'm so happy, it meant my being sincere to people is correct. I always consider the work of the reporters, you have your work, I being a public figure, to have such a job, there is a cost.  Therefore, just like how I treat my friends, I extend my friendship to reporters.]

She told her things frankly to reporters, and once betrayed by reporters.  [Many friends persuade me not be so open to reporters.  I should know how to protect myself, but I still want to be sincere to all people.]

This friendly super star, left us at the end of 2003. I believe many entertainment reporters felt sad and didn't like it to happen.  At the funeral, I was asked to leave the hall, [The reporters outside said it's unfair, don't give me hard time...]  I was weeping, stubbornly insisted to stay.  Ah Mui could invite me to her home, could invite me to her birthday party; but she could not invite her friend to her funeral...I went to the washroom to wash my face, I saw two other reporters, their eyes were red and swollen, apparently they had cried, but they were "very cooperative" and left the funeral hall.  Ah Mui would know, must be very upset?  Why artist can have reporters as friends?
