- 梅 艷 芳 雖 在 樂 壇 成 名 ， 不 過 她 的 演 技 同
樣 備 受 認 同 ， 但 令 記 者 奇 怪 的 是 ， 既 然
她 是 「 好 戲 之 人 」 ， 更 獲 提 名 多 次 ， 不
過 上 台 領 獎 的 卻 只 得 89 年 憑 《 胭 脂 扣 》 奪
得 「 最 佳 女 主 角 」 榮 銜 ， 85 年 憑 《 緣 份 》
及 98 年 《 半 生 緣 》 奪 得 兩 屆 「 最 佳 女 配 角
」 。
Anita Mui though got famous first in the music industry, her skill in
performance is also widely recognized. But what confuses the
reporter is that she is good in acting, and has been nominated for the
best actress award for many times, why she only got that award in 1989
for [Rouge], and twice for the Best Supporting Actress: in 1985 for
[Fate] and 1989 for [The Eighteen Spring]?

外 國 阿 梅 都 曾 經 提 名 過 12 屆 奧 斯 卡 金 像 獎
， 結 果 只 得 過 兩 次 獲 影 后 ， 所 以 我 覺 得
自 己 應 該 開 心 ， 多 次 獲 提 名 便 代 表 我 每
次 的 演 出 ， 都 得 到 業 內 人 士 及 觀 眾 欣 賞
， 不 過 可 能 評 審 為 角 逐 者 評 分 時 ， 往 往
都 考 慮 到 『 梅 艷 芳 的 演 技 好 平 穩 ， 這 些
角 色 對 她 沒 難 度 ， 不 如 給 其 他 演 技 有 突
破 的 演 員 啦 。 』 我 相 信 自 己 往 往 就 是 輸
在 這 方 面 ， 不 過 我 會 安 慰 自 己 ， 假 使 每
年 我 都 是 五 分 之 一 的 候 選 演 員 ， 換 句 話
說 ， 這 個 獎 始 終 飛 不 出 我 手 指 隙 。 」
- Ah Mui took Meryl Streep as an example, she said: [This
foreign Ah Mui has been nominated for the Oscar Award for 12 times,
but so far got the Best Actress Award twice only. So I feel I
should be happy for myself. When I got nominated for so many
times, it meant my acting is highly recognized by movie people and the
audience. But often the adjudicators might think "Anita
Mui's performance is very stable, this role is not difficult to her,
it is not a challenge to her. It is better to give the award to
the actress whose performance has a breakthrough." I
believe that is the main reason I lost most of the time. But I
would tell myself, if for every year, I am one of the 5 being
nominated, then my chance is 20%, in other words, it eventually would
not fly through my fingers.]

- 阿 梅 對 電 影 金 像 獎 的 支 持 度 ， 遠 超 她 所
得 回 的 實 際 收 穫 ， 不 過 阿 梅 說 ﹕ 「 我 不
會 計 較 這 些 事 ， 因 為 我 一 心 只 希 望 協 助
推 動 ， 希 望 香 港 電 影 事 業 可 以 有 另 一 個
春 天 ， 尤 其 是 演 員 可 以 多 些 與 內 地 及 外
地 演 員 在 電 影 上 交 流 ， 香 港 繼 續 可 以 保
持 『 東 方 荷 李 活 之 名 』 。 」 如 果 她 是 一
個 有 私 心 的 演 員 ， 便 不 會 每 年 悉 心 打 扮
的 去 戥 人 高 興 。 「 這 個 世 界 不 是 什 麼 都
講 交 換 的 ， 大 家 多 一 分 支 持 與 推 動 也 是
好 的 ﹔ 而 且 我 拍 戲 也 不 僅 是 為 了 獎 項 而
拍 ， 我 現 在 的 境 界 是 為 着 自 我 挑 戰 ， 所
以 我 接 拍 得 的 戲 ， 相 信 都 會 令 觀 眾 有 所
期 待 。 」
- Her support to the Film Academy surpasses what she really
gets. But Ah Mui said: [I won't be too concerned about those
things. All I care is that I can help in the development of this
industry, hoping its recovery. As there are more exchanges going
on between Hong Kong artists and Mainland or other foreign countries,
Hong Kong then can still maintain its honor as "Hollywood of the
East"]. If she is a selfish person, she would not dress
herself beautifully every year for the award presentation ceremony to
cheer for others. [We can't talk about exchange all the
time. We should try to give our support. Also I work for
movies not only for awards. I'm up to a stage that I'm
looking for challenge. So whatever movie I shoot, I
believe audience will have a certain expectation of me.]

- As who will get the Best Actor or Best Actress Award this year, Ah
Mui said she didn't see all the films yet, so she would not
forecast. But she would like to tell all the actors/actresses
and directors, no matter if they get the award or not, Hong Kong movie
industry depend on their unity and support .
