[Then I got a call from the Museum, they said that it was being made, couldn't be changed.. I asked them how they got the measurement. They said it was according to the picture and experience. Who knows the measurement of Ah Mui better than I? I'm asked to make costumes for Ah Mui, but I have to ask the Museum for measurement. I feel this is not according to reasonable procedure, the whole thing is turned upside down.

[I know better than anyone else which image Ah Mui liked most. Can't the Museum listen to my opinion? Even after listened to my opinion, the don't really have to accept, but it would at least show their sincerity.

[They said the statue will be inaugurated at the end of March, but they looked for me just before the Chinese New Year. I already planned a trip during the CNY, also the material for making the costumes has to be ordered from England, it takes at least more than a month to reach Hong Kong. Definitely can't make it for end of March. I suggest to have the inauguration at the end of May, so that I will have enough time to make the costumes, but they said "no".]

Eddie Lau ended his explanation with a metaphor: [The procedure for the whole thing is very funny; the meat and vegetables have already been bought, then they ask me to cook for the dinner, also the dinner has to be at 7:00p.m. You cook lar! This makes me feel very uncomfortable.]

(Comment by Woodstock: Personally I think the image "Larger than life" is more suitable than the other one that Eddie claimed that Mui liked the best, because for public display of the statue, I believe Mui in full costume is much better than to have the six packs of muscles exposed, though Mui might be very proud of that at that time.

Also, for the best benefit of Mui, I feel personal pride shouldn't be placed with first priority. After all, in this world, no one is really indispensable.)
