On the 100th day after Anita Mui passed away, according to customs, relatives will hold the 100th day rituals.  But Mui Ma and Ah Mui's friends at held the rituals separately, Mui Ma at Shang Sin Chun Tong while her friends at Chi Lian Che Yuen.  Mui Ma was in charge of everything at Shang Sin Chun Tong.  Looking at the picture of her beloved daughter, she kept on wiping her tears.  When mentioned about Sze Nam Sun asked the famous Lau Li (Chinese Crystal) designer in Taiwan to design an urn for Ah Mui, but the name carved on the urn is "Ho Kar Nam", Mui Ma immediately got very mad.  She said she was never told about this matter and she felt she was not respected.

Before she decided to place a tablet for Ah Mui at Shang Sin Chun Tong, as many media reports said Ah Mui's good friend had already placed a tablet at Chi Lian Che Yuen for Ah Mui, she thought she would hold the 100th day ritual there.  [Around March, I myself went to Chi Lian Che Yeun to find out if there was a tablet of Ah Mui there.  At first they said they would reply me in 3 days.  Then they replied that there was only a tablet in the name of " Ho Kar Nam", no tablet of Anita Mui at all.  That is why I decided to hold the rituals at Shang Sin Chun Tong, and place her next to her sister.  I know during Ah Mui's life, she treated her fans as as "root of her life", I believe by doing this, it will be convenient for fans to pay respect to Ah Mui, and 2 sisters together can keep each other company and will be happier.]

People all concern about where Ah Mui's ashes will be kept.  Ah Mui said: [Right now, I keep Ah Mui's ashes at home, I put it in the room which is full of  Ah Mui's things including clothes and other things.  With the tablet there are fresh flowers and fruits, but I won't burn incense, because Shang Sin Chun Tong would do that.  Whenever I cook soup or some dishes Ah Mui liked, I would put some in front of the tablet.  In short, what I eat she will have a share too.  Ever since she passed away, every night I only sleep a little bit, always think about her.  Whenever I see her things, I become very unhappy.]

Never has met Sze Nam Sun

Our magazine got news that Mui Ma intends to set tablet in the Exhibition Hall inside the Buddha at Po Lian Che.  When we verified this with Mui Ma, she admitted by saying: [It is true that I will place Ah Mui's picture and tablet there.  As she had done so many charity work, also had helped Po Lian Che, so Po Lian Che is willing to set tablet for Ah Mui there.  As for the date of placement, I'm still waiting C-fu to select. ] Actually at Po Lian Che, there are two places for paying respect to deceased, besides inside the Buddha, the other place is at Lotus Hill.

In response to Eddie Lau's saying that Mui Ma was at the meeting of funeral committee when the design of the urn was discussed, Mui Ma's reply was : [I only attended 2 meetings.  At the first meeting, I even mentioned at the day before the funeral  and on the day of funeral, the collection box for donation to "Anita Mui's True Foundation" should be placed at the door of the Funeral Home, so let Ah Mui do the last charity.  I have never heard about the design of the urn.  I never met Sze Nam Sun, I don't even know she is a cat or a rat.  I am Ah Mui's mother, why they are qualified?  Also, after Ah Mui passed away, which of them care to comfort me and send me regards?]
