香港娛樂臺紀念梅豔芳節目中, 各朋友講到對梅姐的懷念. Friends at HK entertainment circle talked about Anita Mui at the memorial program of Cable TV after the demise of Anita Mui.

[我對她印像最深刻的是她的電影, "胭脂扣".

[她在舞臺上, 沒有一個歌星可以像她一樣, 可以那麼放.
On the stage, none of the other singers can be like her, she can let herself go completely.]
[她做任何事情都那麼全情投入, 是時下年青人的一個模範.
Whatever she does, she gets herself fully immersed. She can be a model for the young people of today.]
[她有大家姊風範, 提攜後人, 有義氣.
She has the style of a Big Sister, likes to give new singers chance, very loyal.]
[她最後有病, 但是仍為達到和她的歌迷見最後一次面的目的抱恙開演唱會, 真領人佩服!
Then when she was sick, she still wanted to see her music lovers for the last time, so she insisted to have the concert. That is really very impressive and deserves our respect.]

[她創辦香港演藝協會. 香港失去了一個不可多得的偉大藝術家. She founded the Guild of Hong Kong Artistes. Hong Kong has lost a great artist, that is very rare in Hong Kong.]
[我對她的敬佩和懷念可以從三方面來講; My respect and memory of her can be classified into 3 areas:
1: 公益方面: 她對社會的情懷, 是香港人或藝人前所沒有的. 無論國內國外, 香港, 大大小小的公益慈善, 她都跑在人前, 跑得比人快. 在 SARS期, 也盡心盡力
Community work: her love of the society, that not many HK people or HK singers or performers have. All charity functions, no matter where they are, in China, or in HK, or outside of HK, big or small, she will go first and will go faster than anyone else to help.
2. 演技方面: 她的演技 range 非常廣. 可以演很文藝, 似水流年式的角色至無鬧式的, 甚至反串角色.
Performing Skill: the range of her performing skill is very wide. She can take up a role in a melodrama and also acts in a very funniest comedy, she can even disguise as a male.
3. 舞臺表演: 是我最喜歡女歌星之一. 她在舞臺上的美感是很強力的. 她每一個動作就像模特兒一樣, 極富美感, 好像經特別設計的. 不妨在看她的DVD 演唱會時, 關閉音響, 她每一動作也很有看頭的. 我本應把我這看法告訴她本人, 可惜現在沒有機會了.
On the Stage: She is one of the female singers I like most. On the stage, she brings you a very strong feeling of beauty. Every movement or gesture of hers is just like a model, so graceful, and as if planned and pre-designed by choreographer. If you watch her concert on TV, just turn off the audio, you can just enjoy her movement, it is just beautiful. I should tell her this in person. But it is a pity, no more chance.]

[Anita 在舞臺上最吸引之處是她直接的感覺表達. 無花腔. On the stage , the most attractive part of Anita is her direct way of singing that expresses herself straight forward. She will not play on her way of singing.]
[臺上臺下, 都是那樣真誠 No matter on the stage or off the stage, she is always so sincere and true.]

[在舞臺上, 無論開幾場演唱會, 梅姐的走位每場全部會是一樣的, 最多相差是半步.
[On the stage, no matter how many shows she will have for the concert, for every show for the whole concert, where she stops or stands for each song or dance will exactly be the same, e.g. where to stop on the stage, the difference might be only within up to 1/2 step.]
